The marketing system is deciding an enterprise's marketing abilities and the levels. As a traditional conventional service firm, Lanzhou Postal Bureau provides its service for customer through business window. However, with the promotion of reformation and the aggravating of market's competition, the present marketing way of the postal service could not adapt the market multiplication demands. And the postal service marketing ability need improve urgently through the transformation of marketing system. Therefore, how to construct the marketing systems adapted the requirement of the market, and maintain the market competition superiority, currently becomes an important problem to the Lanzhou Post.This article has carried on the review to the three historical stage development of the Lanzhou Postal Bureau marketing system, and analyzed and appraised the movement effects and the existence problems in the present marketing system. The influences of the exterior macro-economical environment and internal factor of the enterprise on the construction of the marketing system are analyzed through the location of the enterprise, local economical structure, life style of the resident and market competition et al. The internal segmentation is carried on using the market segmentation theory to the Lanzhou postal service and the marketing organization according to the market requirement and the operating law. And the professional methods, which contains the restructuring marketing organization, the optimizing service structure, the conforming operation flow, the implementing the internal corporation operation, establishing the big customer-oriented specialized marketing system, are proposed.The purpose of the study is the problem of the Lanzhou postal service, which need be solved urgently. And the results possess strong practicability and may provide certain instruction of the management and operation work in the post office. The content in the article suited to the occasion may put into practice immediately and display its economic efficiency. The propose of the interior simulation corporation operation in the postal service and the implements of the specialty and marketing accounting, has certain reform foresightedness. The Lanzhou Postal Bureau long-term developmental strategy could be further explored based on this study.
