According to the WTO's (world traveling organization) forecast, China will become the world biggest traveling receiving state and first big leaves of the traveling country in 2020. The travel agencies are connected travelers and other traveling enterprises. In this process, Chinese travel agencies will face significant opportunities, at the same time, travel agencies also to face the trifle challenges. Many travel agencies of Chinese already gradually keep the cooperation in the competition with other travel agencies and other traveling enterprises as the network cooperation way as traveler to achieve the shared resource, the cost allocation goal.The travel agencies'network cooperation have several types: travel agency enterprises group, travel agencies strategy alliance, travel agencies hypothesized enterprise and travel agency unified body. They formed network to conformity travel agency and other traveling enterprises' resources. However, the network certainly not full display competitive advantage and not promotes their competitive ability. mainly displayed has been establishing the enterprise network travel agency in the product innovation, the product sale, the product marketing as well as sets up the aspect certainly not big improvement to the travel agency brand.
