Human Capital Investment And Peasant Household's Income Increasing

Nowadays,it's no doubt that chinese peasant household income increasing is too slow,and this problem has been the cause of man other social problems ,such as the unstalbility of socialty ;erupting of social conflicts;unreasonable of economic structure;so,chinese government and many persons are very nervous of this problem.they try their best to find a solution to this problem.Many economics have done much reasearchs on this problem. Actually,they have put forward four solutions.the first one is to increase the scare of farms; the second one is to develop agricultural integrations;the third one is to cut agriculture tax;the last one is to urbanization of villages.a lot of local governments have taken those solutions as their policies.while many peasant are still very poor,they can't get their earings increasing as fast as households who lived in cities .Before I applied for the master degree of south west university of finance and economics. I was deeply concerned with chinese peasant household's income increasing problem. During the time of learing economics,I was more and more interesting with this problem. I have read many books and papers on agricultural economy and problem of peasant househoulds income increasing.Step by step ,I formed my own opinios of how to increase chinese peasant household income. It is that if we want to increase chinese peasant household income ,we have to improve the levers of their human captital investments.Based on this main opinion ,I have three subopinions.the first one is why human captial has much infulence on their earings ;the second one is how does the peasant's human capital affect their earnings? The third one is how much influnence of peasant's human captital on their income increasing?Followling those opinions , this article can be divided into four parts.the first one contains the first chapter,bring up the questions; the second one contains the second and third chapter,analyzing the theory ; the third one includes the fourth chapter,analyzing of experince ;the fourth one includes the fifth chapter, getting some conclusions and suggestions.Through the reasearch of this problem . I have learned much kowledges. I hope this article can be a little value to solute the problem of chinese peasant household's income increasing. And I also hope readers give me some critiques and advices.
