The Achievement Goal Theory is one of the most important topics in the study of the achievement motivation and the achievement act in the field of management, education and sports. The achievement goal direction is a kind of internal characters which makes one represent his/her ability and let his/her acts more effective in the achievement circumstance. And it decides the recognition, motion and behavior of individual in his/her achievement act. The predecessors had made a rich and comparatively complete study in the influence of the achievement goal direction to the individual achievement. And the individual achievement goal should also be one of the important facts which affect the team achievement. For the individual achievement goal of every member in a team could not only directly affect the team achievement by influencing the individual achievement, it also indirectly affects the team achievement by influencing the work attitude, passion and activeness of other members.Which kind of achievement goal the team members have could make the team get a better achievement? Which kind of achievement goal will embarrass the team achievement? This paper makes a preliminary study in the influence on the team achievement by the structure of the type of the achievement goal of team members. The study of predecessors holds that: the students who hold the performance-avoid goal often get dissatisfactory results on study. Holding the mastery goal makes individuals get better results, the individuals who hold the performance-approach goal also have the characters of getting good achievements, but to hold the performance-avoid goal would embarrass individuals to get good achievements. At last, there are still many study show that holding the mastery goal direction and performance-approach goal direction have alternate functions, which will affect the individuals'work achievement and work satisfactory, and stimulate the individual to get good achievements.According to the influence of achievement goal on the individual's achievement and the effect of social goal on the team, we make the following hypothesis:1. The individual who holds the performance-avoidance goal would block the way that the team to success because of his/her characters, such as idleness. So the team achievement of the team makes up with the members who hold the performance-avoidance goal will be comparatively worse. And the team makes up with the members who hold the achievement-avoid goal will get the worst achievement.2. The team makes up with the members who hold the mastery goal will get better achievement than the team with the performance-approach goal.3. When the members of a team hold the social goal, they will get better achievement than the team with the members without social goal.4.If we mix up the team members'achievement goal, the team mixed with achievement-approach goal, mastery goal and social goal (that is, in the team, some members hold the performance-approach goal, some hold the mastery goal, and also some members hold the social goal)will get better achievements than the one with only parts of these achievement goal.5. When every member holds these three achievement goals (that is, performance-approach goal, mastery goal and social goal)at the same time, the achievement of the team will be the best.We have made an experiment to prove our hypothesis. We grouped the quizzers into 7 groups according to the type of the achievement goal, they are: team A, the team of performance-avoid goal, with all the members hold only the performance-avoid goal; team B, the team of mastery goal, with all the members hold only the mastery goal; team C, the team of mastery goal (with social goal), with members hold both mastery goal and social goal; team D, the team of performance-approach goal, with members hold only performance-approach goal; team E, the team of performance-approach goal (with social goal), with members hold both performance-approach goal and social goal; team F, the mixed team with the members with different goal, that is, some members hold the mastery goal, some hold the performance-approach goal, and some hold the social goal; team F, the highly mixed team with the members hold the mixed goal, that is, every members hold the performance-approach goal, the mastery goal and the social goal at the same time. And each team was asked to finish the mission, passing the electrical wire net. Then compared the team achievements of these 7 teams, we got to the conclusion:1. The team of the performance-avoid goal get the worst achievement.2. There is no clear difference of achievement between the team of the mastery goal and the team of performance-approach goal.3. The achievement of the team of the social goal is better than the team without the social goal.4. When every member holds these three achievement goals (performance-approach goal, mastery goal and social goal) at the same time, the achievement of the team will be the best. This research brings a good cut-in into making a cooperative team with high achievement, and is also good for improving the members'activeness and the team achievement. So it has great theoretic and realistic significance. In my opinion, among these conclusions, the 4th is the most valuable. According to this theory, we should do our best to employ the members who hold these three achievement goal at the same time when we make up a team, or after we make up a team, we should consider training the members to make their achievement goal directions close to hold the three goals at the same time.
