Fuzzy Synthetical Evaluation Of Information Systems Engineering Supervision Effect Research And Application

Information system engineer supervision is a kind of new industry appeared in the development stratagem of "Information brings along industrialization" in our country, it is an independent third organization out of constructer and contractor. It offers services of the planning and organizing, control and management, coordination and communication, aimed to bring information system engineer constructing to the prospective goal. The function of information system engineer supervision decided the importance of the implement effect of engineer supervision. In order to evaluation the supervision effect on information system engineercomprehensively,systemical,exactly, and find problems,correct problems,improve supervision level, we should establish a suit of whole evaluation system to prove and evaluate the aim of supervision and the implement result of the means and measures.In view of the situation that the information system engineer supervision still lack of the links of feedback to the implement effect of supervision in our country today, and people ignore the study field of information system engineer supervision evaluation, this paper use the supervision effect of information system engineer supervision as study object, and integrate fuzzy theory in Fuzzy mathematics, then based on analyzing the main job of supervision in the demand analysis,bid,implement and check phases of information system engineer constructing, we confirm the evaluation index of the synthetically evaluation model, and build the first and second index system after classified the index. We also use the way of expert investigation and discussion to confirm the weight of evaluation index, use assign way to confirm the subjection function of evaluation index, and at last we establish a simple,convenient and effective evaluation model. Besides, this paper analyzes the example of information system engineer supervision comprehensively, uses the evaluation model to evaluate it, and proves the validity of the evaluation model effectively.
