Research On The Building Energy Saving Strategy Of China Based On Life-Cycle Energy Analysis

Energy is very important to the developing process of a country, and it has direct influence on safety, sustainable development and stability of a country. In the past several years, with the quickly increasing of world economy and inconstant of international energy price, energy has become an serious problem for each country has to face,and some countries begin to make the energy strategy to ensure their economy develop in a healthy way. On the other way, because of consumption of energy, the environment has deteriorated seriously. In china the problem of environment pollution is also very serious. The amount of Carbon dioxide and sulphur dioxide emission from China is the most in the world. In summary, environment has been an serious problem for China on the way of economy developing and establishment of harmonious society.Buildings is an important part of which consumes energy in the world, not only the buildings that have been constructed consumed much energy by the way warming, air condition, lights, family wirings etc, but also the buildings that are constructing consume much energy by the way of construction materials such as steel, cement, glass, plastic and so on, those materials need much energy in the process of production, transportation.Building energy consumption are showed in two aspects, firstly, the energy consumption related with the building itself, it including the energy consumed in material prepared stage, building constructing stage and disposal stage, they are called construction process energy consumption. On the other hand, buildings will consume much energy after they are put into action, it relates with climate, the quality of warming and cooling equipment, and the user's desire of comfort, so it can be named with building energy-consumption.In order to promote the work of building energy-saving in china, we should concentrate on two sides, the building process energy saving and building facility energy-saving. Building process energy saving is that we take measures to make use of the materials and fittings again with a high proportion after the building are abandoned, so that much resource and energy is saved. However, if we want to decrease the building energy consumed in action, we must spread the energy-saving buildings.Nowadays, building energy-saving technology can meet the need of market, while the impetus of partner in the construction market is very limited. For this reason, the emphasis of this thesis is to make Chinese building energy-saving strategy with the economic theories, so that Chinese construction industry can develop in a healthy way.
