Research On The Development Model Of Agricultural Product (Fruits And Vegetables) Logistics System Based-on Socialized Service Style

With the development of modern market economy and economic globalization, logistics industry is growing. Agriculture is the basic industry of national economy. The healthy development of agriculture and rural economy affects overall situation of national economy. In the last 20years, after the implementation of the household contract responsibility system, there has been an earth-shaking change in rural economy of China. The output of agricultural has doubled and redoubled. But some new tough problems on agricultural have appeared, such as the bad selling of agricultural products, and the slow growth of rural incomes, etc. One of the important reasons is that the agricultural product circulation is not smooth, which manifested inefficiency, high cost and great wastage of agricultural product circulation. But the lag of logistics becomes the key factor which affects the free circulation of agricultural product. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the agricultural product logistics energetically.This thesis focused on the agricultural product (fruits and vegetables) logistics, argued the development model of agricultural product (fruits and vegetables) logistics system based on the socialized service style. Particular contents are:(1) Elementary theory. After reviewing the elementary theory of agricultural product logistics, this thesis compared present situation of agricultural product logistics in China with that in other country and obtained some inspirations.(2) The necessity and importance of developing agricultural product logistics powerfully. Developing agricultural product logistics powerfully not only can solve many problems existing in agricultural product circulation effectively, but also involved in the efficiency and quality of whole national economic operation. It is the key problem relating to agriculture modernization and fundamental benefit of peasantry, and is a part of the problems of agriculture, countryside and farmer in China.(3) The status quo of agricultural product (fruits and vegetables) logistics. In China, the agricultural product (fruits and vegetables) logistics system is faultiness, the technique of logistics is not advanced, and the logistics service is slow speed, high cost and great wastage. In country of China, logistics service has not been cultivated as a third benefit source, so which is still in a traditional phase. Furthermore, this is the main reason why the international competitiveness of Chinese agriculture product is not strong, and why the increasing rate of farmer's income is slow.(4) Research on the safeguard model of socialization-service system of agriculture product (fruits and vegetables). This thesis analyzed the contents and designed the method of resources safeguard, policy safeguard and infrastructure safeguard involved in the safeguard model.(5) According to the uniqueness of macro and micro environments, this research argued the operation model adapted to the service providers of the logistics, and the optimized method of this model.(6) The basic model of socialization-service logistics system of agricultural product (fruits and vegetables). This research discussed the model of agricultural product logistics' informationalization, the model of agricultural product logistics centre, and the model of auction. This thesis also discussed the development model of agricultural product logistics industry, including exploiting model of agricultural product logistics zone and sustainable development model of green agricultural product logistics.(7) Case study on the logistics service of fruit and vegetable Wholesale Market. Though the case study, we can not only obtain some helpful inspirations but also establish stabile practical foundation of conclusion and model designing in this research.
