In recent years,with the continuous development of the social economy,the income of the residents has increased substantially,and consumer demand and quality requirements for fresh fruit and vegetable products have also increased continuously.At the same time,the output of fresh fruit and vegetable products in rural areas has been greatly increased under the background of the country vigorously promoting the rural revitalization strategy and helping to solve the "Three rural" problems.However,the problems in the construction of fresh fruits and vegetables logistics facilities in rural areas have not been solved,the construction of transportation roads is lagging behind,and the unreasonable construction of logistics nodes still puzzles the development of fresh fruits and vegetables industry in rural areas,rural grower products unsalable,logistics losses,cost increases and other issues also come with.The government attaches great importance to rural logistics,and has issued many policies in recent years to promote the healthy development of rural logistics.In this paper,according to the government on promoting the development of rural logistics related documents and policies and the rural areas of fresh fruit and vegetable products logistics problems encountered to obtain research ideas,efforts in rural fresh fruits and vegetables ecommerce logistics node layout optimization problem to provide a reasonable and effective solution.Through the research on the current situation of multi-level fresh fruits and vegetables logistics nodes in rural areas,this paper finds many problems in the construction of fresh fruits and vegetables logistics nodes in rural areas,the shortage of cold chain logistics service in rural areas,the lack of government support,the unreasonable layout of nodes and the high cost of layout still hinder the development of rural logistics.In response to the country in rural construction county rural three-level logistics node policy support,committed to rural areas for fresh fruits and vegetables three-level logistics node layout.This paper studies the experience of related scholars in constructing multi-level logistics node layout models in different industries,and applies the multi-level logistics node layout optimization to the logistics node layout of fresh fruit and vegetable products,based on the analysis of node construction cost,transportation cost,storage cost,refrigeration cost,loss cost and precooling station construction cost,a mathematical model is established according to the actual situation,the multi-level logistics node layout optimization problem is abstracted as a mathematical problem,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.According to the production of fresh fruits and vegetables in x county,the empirical study is carried out,and compared with the actual layout of Y company,the effectiveness of the model optimization is verified.The results show that the construction of multi-level logistics nodes is not only suitable for the situation of relatively scattered production areas of fresh fruits and vegetables in rural areas,when the construction of logistics nodes of fresh fruits and vegetables in rural areas is very weak,it also improves the logistics transportation efficiency of fresh fruit and vegetable products,strengthens the quality guarantee of fresh fruit and vegetable products,and promotes the on-line consumption of fresh fruit and vegetable products in rural areas.The content of this paper and the model established can effectively reduce the construction cost of logistics nodes in rural areas.Under the background of various e-commerce platforms entering rural areas to expand business,the method of node layout optimization in this paper can be used as a reference for the planning of node layout of multi-level logistics of fresh fruits.
