Study On The Seasonal Financial Strategies Based On The Sustainable Development

With the intensifying competition among countries and enterprises in the world, the survival environment of enterprises is more complex than ever. The research which subject is cost, profit, efficiency has gradually replaced by the research of enterprises survival and enterprises development. After China enter the WTO, competition is sharper, therefore, maintaining the development of enterprise is the subject. Based on the life cycle theory, the enterprise is an organism which has the life, its sustainable development run along the certain life cycle path. Any enterprise should analyze its financial characteristic especially, depends on its different strategic environments at different development stage, and then choose different financial affairs to match it strategically. Therefore this text regards enterprise life cycle as the clue mainly, depend on the platform of enterprise strategy management, expand and design the financial behavior in enterprise's evolution, study several basic theories of enterprise financial strategy and carry on empirical analysis of enterprise financial strategy based on life cycle.There are five parts in this article. The basic thread of thought starts with defining research background, literature review, relevant concepts and research methods in chapter one. Taking a close insight into different stages of enterprise life cycle in chapter two; in addition the critical points of every stages of proposing enterprise life cycle are the fuzzy boundary, it is strategic to make the detailed financial affairs in good time at the fuzzy boundary at the same time in chapter three; And then has chosen three companies and obtained their basic financial data in chapter four, made an empirical analysis, draw the brief conclusion. Finally, I conclude this article with the trend of future research and the limitation of this article in chapter five.This article tries hard to introduce the strategic management into the financial administration field in view of management, carry on research and analyses about the seasonal financial strategy based on the enterprise's sustainable development in aspect of management and economics, and has put forward method and way of molding the sustainable competitiveness at the fuzzy boundary of enterprise's life cycle, hoped may has the innovation in enterprise's sustainable development and in the financial strategy choice.
