The Research About The Urbanization Pattern And Opinion In Shaanxi Province

Urbanization is being the inevitable outcome of economic growth and social progress, the important symbol of human civilized development, the crucial stage of social productivity, and the necessary trend for development of economy and society in every country. Economic urbanization level is also the significant criterion of a country or a district .As a result, improving the urbanization rate progressively is the requirement of building a well-off society in an all-round way, the requirement of solving the problem which is "agriculture, rural areas and peasants" thoroughly, the requirement of keeping the quick development of macroeconomic, the requirement of taking part in the process of economic globalization for China. The significance of economic urbanization level is so obvious for western part of China, especially for Shaanxi province which has hold a top position.The paper focuses on the history and actuality of urbanization in Shaanxi province, discussing the urbanization stratagem, pattern and approach adapt to the economic development, the emphasis are choosing the urbanization pattern and innovating the institution.
