In the automotive supply chain management, it is pivotal for the successful realization of supply chain management to establish the good partnership between automotive manufacturer and supplier. The automotive manufacturer can sell the production at the cheaper price quickly; at the same time, the supplier can obtain perennial agreement and provide the competitive production to the manufacturer at more favorable price through more convenient channel and in the more preferential status. With the growth of the knowledge economy in the whole world, in the highly competitive market environment, the leading strategy of the enterprises' survival and growth is the establishment of the partnership, and the strategy of the cooperation and competition will play a leading role, therefore it is important that researching the partnership between the automotive manufacturer and supplier in either academic or practical ways.The research pursued here are as follows:Chapter one, mainly introduces the background of automotive manufacturer and supplier partnership; analyzes the investigative status quo of partnership in and out of country, and the applied status quo of Synergetics in automotive manufacturing, indicates the necessity of studying the partnership of automotive manufacturer and supplier; at last, presents the main contents and ideas. Chapter two introduces the main contents of Synergetics, which include the basic concepts, the evolutive process, the fundamental theory, the principle and model of Synergetics, all of these are the academic basis of the following research.Then, there would tell the wide application field and foreground of Synergetics through listing series of examples of the application of Synergetics in natural systems and social systems, especially which in the economics fields offer an basis for the analysis of chapter four.The main contents of Chapter three are the analysis of the partnership between automotive manufacturer and supplier. Firstly, the chapter gives a framework of the factors which influence the relationship between automotive manufacturer and supplier. And according to these factors, the chapter analyzes the correlation among the factors influencing the supply and demand. It also analyzes the status quo of the relationship between automotive manufacturer and supplier through comparing thestates of foreign countries with each other, and synchronously, analyzes the characters and conflicts of the partnership between automotive manufacturer and supplier qualitatively. The research indicates that the factors are complex and influence each other, and the most important factors of them are the convergence degree of automotive manufacturer and the share degree of supplier; the evolutive trend of the partnership of automotive manufacturer and supplier is to establish the integrative and systematized supplier systems upon the partnership.Chapter four analyzes supply and demand system of automotive manufacturer and supplier with Synergetics. It points out the reasons why supply and demand system is in imbalance,contraposing the sorts and management status of collaborative purchasing,represents the basic request of it: first, collecting the appropriate suppliers; second, realizing JIT purchasing satisfied with quantity and quality. It establishes the supply and demand system of automotive manufacturer and supplier under partnership initially, and with the analysis of variable gets that the exogenous variable of system is the investment of society and the level of technique application, the endogenous variable of system is the integrative variable of quantity,quality and JIT level(f1f2Q), namely the order parameter of system. Following,it establishes the order parameter equation on the supply and demand system of automotive manufacturer and supplier, finds out the evaluative law of system with the potential function. The integrative order parameter with the variety of the investment of society and the level of technique application controls the evolvement of supply and demand system to the orderly status.Chapter five models and gives exemplification on supply and demand system synergetic degree of automotive manufacturer and supplier. Firstly, it establishes the index systems of supply subsystem and demand subsystem, which represent e1 = (e11,e12,,e1n) and e 2 = (e21,e22,,e2m), and also establishes the regular degree modes of two subsystems, which represent u1 ( e1) and u 2 (e2); Then, according to the two couples of regular degrees, it establishes a synergetic degree mode on supply and demand system of automotive manufacturer and supplier, and estimates the effect of collaborative management.The result indicates that it's not enough for manufacturer and supplier improving there own collaborative management only to heighten the level of collaborative management of automotive manufacturer and supplier under partnership. It needs both of them master the law of system developing, estimatingthe level of collaborative management with synergetic degree by mode.With the fundamental theory of Synergetics, the dissertation discusses the issue of the collaboration in the demand and supply system of automotive manufacturer and supplier. But because of the localization of time and data, there still some questions leaved to research more:(1) The dissertation analyzes the supply and demand relationship of automotive manufacturer and supplier under partnership in automotive manufacturing. It doesn't realize the effect of other node enterprises in automotive supply chain. The following research extension should be the relationship of other enterprises and on the different purchasing strategy.(2) The dissertation analyzes the partnership of automotive manufacturer and supplier with order parameter and dominant theory only. There're still some other theories such as generalized evolutive theory, pattern theory and fluctuant theory.The following research should analyze the partnership with more theories and more point of views.
