Research On The Qingdao Bounded Zone's Transformation To Free Trade Zone

"Bounded Zone" is the special product under the background of the opening to the world in China. Along with the global economy, especially after China's entering into the WTO, our "Bounded Zones" are facing more and more challenges. As at the beginning the "Bonded Zones" were the special economic areas, which were set up according to the standard of "Free Trade Zones" in the world, so it is gradually becoming a general idea that "Bounded Zones" must be transformed to "Free trade Zones". As the only one Bounded Zone located at the Yellow River drainage area, Qingdao Bounded Zone was set up in 1992. By the development in the ten more years, Qingdao Bounded Zone has acquired huge achievement. Qingdao is the bridge tower of Eurasia, so it has many advantages to build the international Free Trade Zone.Although the development of Bounded Zones has accumulated some experience, the transformation to Free Trade Zone is after all a bran-new exploration. Now our Bounded Zones are under the seedtime of versatility, which exist many problems in the process of transformation. Along with the China's entering into the WTO, the Bounded Zones are also facing more and more opportunities and challenges. This paper uses Qingdao Bounded Zone as the main research object, and uses inside and outside scholastic result and advanced experience of Free trade Zones for reference. It researches the development status of Qingdao Bounded Zone and the relativity with Qingdao and hinterland, bringing forward the necessity and feasibility of the transformation to Free Trade Zone, and then finds out an optimal target mode of transformation - compositive Free Trade Zone with the core of Free Port. In order to realize the transformation of Qingdao Bounded Zone to Free Trade Zone, this paper still brings forward a few strategic measures and some consideration at last.This paper adopts the scientific method of theory and demonstration, qualitative and quantitative analysis.The innovation of this paper is that the research object is Qingdao Bounded Zone.There was few researches about it in the past.
