| Currently the Chinese e-business market is at a vigorous development stage, with the high speed of the e-business development market, the third party platform become more and more attractive. The features include: keeping the fence-sitter position to get the reliability of the participants, combining the buyer's requirement information and the seller's supply information, matching the buyers and sellers for successful purchase, supporting the deals for better market operations. Generally the big enterprises will set up the self-owned e-business platform, but the third e-business platform members always focus on the medium and small-sized enterprises. Most medium and small-sized enterprises have to face many difficulties for rapid further development, especially the lacks of capital restricts them seriously. The reasons inside those medium and small-sized enterprises for getting much more rapid development can be included as: low reputation, substandard management and big operational risk, these reasons all restrain the possibility for the medium and small-sized enterprises get the direct investment from the banks.This article selects the third party e-business platform as the study objective, trying to find out the supply chain investment at the background of the third party e-business platform through analyzing the Chinese medium and small-sized enterprises have difficulties in getting investment and the third party e-business platform's advantages, the third party e-business platform supply chain investment model has been promoted by analyzing the practice cases.There are six parties for this article.Part I : Analyzed the background of how the thesis is selected , and the theoretical and practical significance of studying the supply chain investment model under the third party e-business platform.Part II: Analyzed the modern status and the main reasons for the Chinese medium and small-sized enterprises get difficulty in getting the investment, including the reasons inside the enterprises and the influence by the governmental financial system.
