Exploratory Research On Improving Industrial Relations Tripartite Consulation Mechanism In Our Country

Industrial relations is the base of social relations, and is the fundament of social economical relations. Harmonious industrial relations is the premise of harmonious society, too. To develop harmonious industrial relations is the main content of harmonious society, which involving in many workers' benefit. Harmonious industrial relations tripartite mechanism is the major handling mechanism about development of harmonious industrial relations.This paper consists of five parts. First, the paper defines labor relations and tripartite consultation mechanism's concept and content, and introduces tripartite consultation mechanism history. Through the analysis of the domestic and international tripartite consultation mechanism for the status and development to find the problem in current tripartite consultation mechanism and give the author's own views and ideas about the current problem.In a tripartite consultation mechanism theory, the writer fairly analysis the current theories. For example, the labor right, Orthodox Pluralism theory, get a resolve about suitable for China's national conditions of labor relations theory tripartite consultation mechanism Meanwhile, the paper also objectively analyses the current tripartite consultation mechanism with the relevant laws, regulations and policy. The writer thinks that the current laws can be more clear and more operational. The writer agrees and calls for the enactment of this year's forthcoming "Labor Contract Law," adding a tripartite consultation mechanism, so that China's tripartite consultation mechanism to provide a legal basis.Finally, the writer combines the actual situation in China, from the tripartite consultation mechanism main building, organizations then give his suggestions and ideas at all levels .The aim of this thesis is to clarify the ideas of the tripartite consultation mechanism, suggest to improve tripartite consultation mechanism and to great significance of building a standardized and orderly, fair, reasonable and mutually beneficial win-win situation, a new harmonious and stable labor relations. This thesis also hope to be able to play the role of stimulus effect that more academics, students discuss attention to China's labor relations and China's tripartite consultation mechanism.
