The Research On Different Organizional Mode Of Transformation Of Scientific And Technological Achievements Based On Triple Helix

The transformation of scientific and technology achievements are a connection of economy, politication and education, any problem will impede the transformation process. In the emerging stage of scientific and technology achievements, there is a research and development out of line with the market demand; in the transformation phase, financial support is not enough and technical intermediary play an inadequate role; to the stage of industrialization, the demand of research fruits is very little. One of the important reasons of the above problem is that the organizational mode of transforming research fruits of science and technology constraints. Basing on the triple helix theory and studying the foreign practical experience, the paper analysis the reasons for the low rate of transformation, it proposes the establishment of an organization of triple helix.Triple helix model is the new theory in innovation in recent years.
