Recently the enterprises which take project as main organizational structure get more and more, such as software development industry, entertainment performance industry, consultation service industry and so on. The most important character of these enterprises is that they use project to impel the development of their enterprises. But during the development of many project-oriented enterprises, the project and the enterprise come apart. There is lack of relation among a lot of projects. The project and the whole development of the enterprise is also lack of stable and effective relation. Many projects blindly pursue short-term benefit, regardless of the enterprise's long-term development. For strengthening the effective relation between the project and project-oriented enterprise, we must begin to explore the pattern of performance appraisal system. According to different industries and different kinds of projects, we make different performance appraisal patterns.The paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background and scope of research. Through analyzing performance appraisal of project-oriented enterprises both at home and abroad, the significance of improving performance appraisal of project-oriented enterprises is pointed out. And the research approach, research field and the purpose expected to achieve of this thesis also be defined in this part ; The second part is the comprehensive introduction of some correlative theory concept; The third part is that according to the character of projects I try to make comprehensive performance appraisal system of project-oriented enterprise; In the fourth part, I take ZhongKe Software Technology Limited Liability Company for example and practice the comprehensive performance appraisal system of project enterprise and make comprehensive performance appraisal to its R&D project staff, R&D project manager and R&D project team; The fifth part is the conclusion of the paper and point out the shortcoming of the paper.The paper's innovation lies in some useful exploration in view of how to create a set of effective and operative performance target system according to the difference of industries and projects. At the meantime, taking one kind of project enterprises—software industry for example, I make analysis about the difference of software project-oriented enterprise. Through the analysis about the performance appraisal system of ZhongKe Software Technology Limited Liability Company, I find some problems and try to make comprehensive performance appraisal about its R&D project staff, R&D project manager and R&D project team. What's more, I try to make comprehensive performance appraisal to this company and propose some suggestion.
