Research Of Fixed Assets Management In Electric Grids Enterprise

As a basic industry of national economy, investment in electric grids enterprises has to meet the need of the national economic growth with maximum returns on investment. The characteristics of electric grids industry has strengthened its critical role in daily management of the fixed assets, which accounts for about 70% of the total assets. Hereby, the management of fixed assets in electric grids industry has been an important method in laying out intensive production and operation. As electric grids industry derived from the administration, its pattern of investment and operation cannot avoid the influence of the planned economy, i.e. the management hasn't attached much importance to the fixed assets in electric grids industry and the efficiency management in investment could have been further optimized. With the development of meticulous and intensive management, scientific and refined management based on IT is now put on the agenda in electric grids industry.Based on the operating status quo in electric grids industry, this article provides an all-around perspective of its management in the fixed assets in order to find a proper solution to those problems related to the management by analyzing its characteristics. At the same time, this article has tried to probe into the probability of efficiency management based on IT in order to build a sturdy electric grids industry with high quality assets, good service and outstanding performances.
