At the present stage, regional economic disparities exist in our country. As a regional economic support force, SMEs' development is of great significance to the development of the regional economy. There are many results about SMEs, but the study of the Market Competitiveness is little. Market Competitiveness is an important part of the enterprises' competitiveness, it is crucial to the development of SMEs.The article, from the economic differences between the three zones in our country, point out that the imbalance development of SMEs is the main reason about the Chinese regional economic disparities. To promote regional economic development, we must attach importance to SMEs. Cultivation and promoting of Market Competitiveness is of great significance for the rapid and healthy development of SMEs. Based on the results of previous studies, the article analysis the Market Competitiveness of SMEs from the following aspects.First of all, the content of Market Competitiveness is given. From analyzing the factors such as legal and political, economy, cultural and technology, knowing that the Market Competitiveness is composed of the basic element, such as workers, capital, technology, information and so on. talent of entrepreneur integrate the above factors and form the enterprises' Market Competitiveness.Secondly, design the evaluation index system of the SMEs' Market Competitiveness. From the reality, with the fully consider about the data availability, the enterprises' market competitiveness is decomposed. According to the principles established by the system, such as science, comparability, comprehensive, qualitative and quantitative analysis and so on, index system is established and be analyzed by different levels. The index system is used on the evaluation of SMEs and its competitors.Thirdly, select the evaluation method of index system. Because the system is composed of several levels and each level includes many factors, the article select AHP as the main analysis method.Finally, the strategy about cultivation and promoting of SMEs'market competitiveness is given. From the perspective of marketing, the article emphasizes the technological innovation and brand building are the important roles in cultivating the SMEs' market competitiveness. And the information should not be ignored in the competitive market. Also, to improve the SMEs' market competitiveness, we should pay attention to the software factors, such as talent of entrepreneur, government functions, social responsibility and so on.
