Along with the opening up of Chinese market and the proceeding of the national strategy saying"joining in overseas market", the competition between communication corporations are more and more fierce. To be more competitive in the world, the corporate can only try his best to deduct cost. Usually by using the famous popular structure in the world ---project, the corporate can operate more effectively.The baseline of this paper is project cost controlling based on the corporate.Project cost controlling is one of the cores of modern international project management. Project cost is an accumulative amount from project initial period to its completion. It includes decision-making cost, bidding expense, design and implement cost. Project cost controlling is to make sure that the whole actual cost is under the budget. It should obey the following principals: lest cost; total cost control; dynamic management; combine responsibility; power with benefit, etc.This article, based on a systematic study of the cost control theory about international project, combining the author's experiences on project management and international cooperation over 5 years, presents how to use the project cost control system and relevant theoretic detailed in practice. At the same time, it gives some suggestion on present cost control problems in communication industry.
