Analysis Of Influences Of Merger & Acquisition On The Security Of Chinese Economy

The dissertation firstly illustrated current situation and future trend of foreign M&A in China. Then based on systematically analysis, it deeply discussed the influences of M&A on the security of Chinese Economy in three aspects respectively, which are industry security, technology security as well as comprehensive force security. Meanwhile, it was conducted by way of comparison of tremendous data and materials. Combined with quantitive and qualitative analysis, it studied each aspect of influential factors in a comprehensive way. It finally gave a conclusion that foreign M&A would not influence the security of Chinese Economy. Chinese enterprises should focus on themselves to enhance their competitiveness. Lastly, it provided policy advices and strategic measures to Chinese government and Enterprises under the background of foreign M&A.The dissertation aims to provide the government insights in leading domestic enterprises in M&A to better protect the security of Chinese economy.
