Research On Financial Control In Business Process Reengineering

Business Process Reengineering became one of the most important modality in international economic development, and got a widely concern since it contrived. In our country, traditional theory and sort of business management can't fit for the reengaged business process, so we must insist on improve, fill up, repair and rebuild the objection of the international economic, in order to make financial control can advance, motive and suit the reengaged business process, can serve a important aid during the whole process reengineering.This thesis was divided into five parts. The first part is general introduction, it proposes the background and meaning of this thesis mainly, and has analyzed domestic and international research and practice state, explaining the main research contents of this thesis and logic structure. The second part taking a synthetic insight into basic theories of business process reengineering, put forward the difference of our country and the country abord, find where the objection and discrepancy is. The third part is mainly about the overall budget management serves a very important role to the development of our enterprises, point out the objection and discrepancy in overall budget and how to solve them. The forth part is about how to use financial control on mainly process reengineer, find out the short part of the traditional financial control, and build a better new control theory to fit all new reengineers. The fifth part talk about how to use computer and network technique on new reengineers and make it improved. Computer and network technique influent financial control a lot, what are still unsolved, and same advices, countermeasures of them.
