In the wake of the fierce competition from multinational giant petroleum technology service corporations, Responding to the strategic slogan"going abroad", recent years more and more domestic petroleum technology service companies are going abroad to meet the challenge of global competition. The change of marketing environment, nevertheless, has put most domestic petroleum technology service companies at great risk, which both the theory circle and practice circle have realized and have been concerned but haven't figure out an feasible solution by far. This article integrates the theories of marketing management, risk management and mathematical statistics management, tries to find a method that can recognize and evaluate the risk of international marketing for domestic petroleum technology service companies, and which can be used as a scientific-established solution or method for domestic petroleum technology service companies to timely evaluate and avoid the risk of international marketing, to minimize the loss caused by marketing risk at least cost , to maximum the security of transaction and eventually to realize the business objective of company.This article discusses the risk of international marketing for domestic petroleum technology service company from the standpoint of international petroleum technology market analysis under new situation. Firstly, it points out the academic significance and value of this article and then briefly introduce the relative theories at home and abroad. Secondly, after thoroughly study of relevant academic achievements at home and abroad, it come to establish an international marketing risk evaluation index system for domestic petroleum technology service companies. Responding to the disadvantages of current prevailing comprehensive evaluation methods, this article try to introduce an international marketing evaluation method for domestic petroleum technology service companies based on the BP Artificial Neural Network, and use the Artificial Neural Network NNTOOL of MATLAB software to realize the training and testing of evaluation model. Finally, some examples are used to verify the practicability and feasibility of the index system and evaluation model this article introduce.
