Research On Integrated Economic Evaluation Of Productivity Construction Projects Of Daqing Peripheral Oilfields

The economic evaluation of the oil field productivity construction is a complicated job, which needs rich specialty knowledge and practice, and furthermore, is capable of systems analysis by use of large amounts of material, providing the reliable basis for the policy decision of the oil field development.But people divided productivity economic evaluation into exploration evaluation and development evaluation according to phase in the past, which is unfavorable to the impersonality controlling cost and risk and to the science decision. In recent years, decision-makers high attach importance to the implement of the integrated economic evaluation of the oil exploration development and ground projects, which has already become the research emphases and research hotspot of the oilfield economic evaluation work.On the basis of forefathers' research results, this article has carried on more systematic research on the integrated economic evaluation of the oil exploration development and ground projects.Firstly, the thesis summarizes home and abroad research actuality of the oil exploration and development, brings forward integrated economic evaluation pattern,designs the integrated economic evaluation index system, and based on the analysis and evaluation of the traditional economic evaluation methods, designs the integrated economic evaluation model. Finally, regarded the item of AoNan oil field productivity construction as the example, the article actualizes application analysis. The result of study indicates that the integrated economic evaluation model realizes the research aim of the thesis and takes on stronger application value.Main conclusions derived from the research are:(1) The thesis brings forward integrated economic evaluation pattern of productivity construction projects of peripheral oilfields, effectively link exploration development and ground projects.(2) The thesis designs the integrated economic evaluation index system of productivity construction, so as to make the estimate of each factor more detailed and accurate. Therefore the accuracy of evaluation results will be greatly enhanced.(3) The thesis brings forward the whole valuation conceptual model, which takes the plan combination as the core, takes the plan tree as the performance.The thesis also brings forward actual evaluation flow, which has better manifested the thought of integration economic evaluation.
