With constant perfection of IT retail industry market operating mechanism, this industry moves to maturity progressively. In front of more rational consumers, some wise enterprises realize that brand construction is more important means of enterprises which dominate market and improve market share than before.The IT retail industry has already entered the competitive stage of brand, need to carry on the further investigation of the IT retail industry.The IT retail industry should consider such factors such as their own conditions, consumers , industry situation, etc . The IT retail real enterprises should design their brand strategy comprehensively under paying attention to customer value. Believe that more and more people will be conscious that brand value is very important for themselves with people's understanding for the IT retail brand strategy.The empirical analysis and normative analysis are used in researching process. Talking with the high-level leaders , collecting the data on domestic and international economic environment, researching IT retail industry and other industries all play important role in researching process. Apart from that, research famous IT retail operators' brand strategy is helpful for developing that of Hilon Group. In conjunction with resource accumulation since the beginning of company and the external condition, Hilon Group's brand strategy is proposed.
