The emerging constantly of new technology and individualization, melting, complicating dynamically of user's needs, make the design process of the products turn into such many main bodies as the user, designer, manufacturer in coordination with the operation course, the product design system becomes connecting of many intelligent agents each other and complicated system under function. The module design method advantage with lowers costs as a kind of effective products design method, raise the efficiency, to the systematic complexity of product design, and improve adaptability to changes of market of the products. But, module method suitable for all product design system, and to but module product design system " appropriate module depth and scope " store in, so how judge one product design system is it adopt module method and how about confirm appropriate module depth to suitable for, it is that the module research field has problem of actual using value and certain challenge at present.This dissertation based on complicated system theory, is it design complicate and user's needs complexity to divide product design systematic complexity into, adopt Multi-Agent simulator tools, a simulator frame of establishing product design complexity and appropriate module relation and studying. At first, build and imitate the module method applicable product design complexity really , draw and adopt the module design complexity characteristic designed suitably; And to but product design systematic module of module depth is it is it imitate really to build to go on, draw the appropriate module depth that can make the product design system reach the " optimum state " ; Secondly, to the dynamics and variety of the user's needs, have set up Multi-Agent simulator models, study the relation between user's needs complexity and appropriate module, propose the higher to dynamics of the demand of the products and diversified degree users are, the product design system is suitable for adopting the module conclusion designed . The thesis utilized relevant conclusions that this text researches and proposes finally, made a concrete analysis of the module product design systems of such fields as manufacturing industry of the automobile and electronic.This dissertation is by building and imitating the real analytical method, study the problem of the module concerned appropriate module of research neutralization people designed of the present complicated products. Relevant conclusions have certain directive significance and using value to theoretical research and practical application of this field.
