Study Of Habitability Assessment System Of Housing District

Considering serious environmental impact in construction and operation of domestic housing district, this paper aims to set up a set of assessment system, including indicator system and assessment model, for housing district developing.After discussing on the meaning of habitability of housing district, and investigating all kinds of assessment system concerning housing building all over the world, an assessment mode based on the conditions of China is put forward. This mode based the habitability assessment system on the quality appraisal of housing, and sets up environment-affection assessment system for housing district, to get synthetic result of assessment.To build up the assessment system of habitability of housing district, a set of indicators is established. Referring to all sorts of related standards and criterions, benchmarks are also given. Following these, this paper sets up a model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to account these indicators for habitability assessing. At last, a housing district——Yong Mei district is been assessed as a case.The housing district construct is entering a rise in our country at this stage, whose development space is broad. We establish habitability assessment system of housing district, not only can apply a theory guidance for housing construct of our country, and enhance the aggregate level of housing construct in our country, but also can provide scientific basis for macroscopic monitoring of our government and correlation departments.
