The Theoretical Analysis And Research On Bullwhip Effect Of Supply Chain

As the development of supply chain management, the enterprise consider it's logistics operation under a widen background. Supply chain management is a kind of effective approach for enterprise to adapt global competition in 21 century. In order to improve it's competition and maximize the supply chain performance, the enterprise should consider the harmonious operation of supply chain as a whole. However, bullwhip effect is a main problem of supply chain which can produce many bad results, such as stock increase, information delay, customer satisfaction reduction and so on. These results can induce maladjustment of supply chain.So far, how to solve the bullwhip effect of supply chain is still a difficult problem to the supply chain management. Firstly, the paper roundly analyzing the reasons and aftereffects of bullwhip effect, Secondly, through the actual operation of beer game, we know that shared information can decrease the inventory of enterprises and reduce the bullwhip effect effectively; Thirdly, the paper analyses the process and solving method of bullwhip effect based Game Theory; Fourthly, considering the two aspects of shared information or unshared information, the paper founds models and makes related quantitative analysis aiming to the occurring of bullwhip effect in multilevel supply chain, meanwhile, the paper adopt simulink emulate system software to evaluate the factors which can influent bullwhip effect; Fifthly, the paper brings forward some methods to weaken it on the basis of analyzing and researching on bullwhip effect, including shared information, forecast together, shorten lead time, TPL managed inventory, direct model and so on, then using the theory on shipping market to avoiding bullwhip effect.
