Study On Dvelopment Strategy Of Dalian Container Co.,LTD

In 21^st century, logistics industry will develop into a rising industry that will become the primitive motivation to the national economy and have a creative effect on the international economy system. Modern logistics is an important issue in today's port development.During the recent years, Dalian Port has taken serious exploration and research in establishing and cultivating modern logistics and gotten some outcomings,especially in container logistics.Dalian Container Logistics co., LTD(DCTL), is one of the biggest container logistics companies in Dalian. It has made great achievements in recent years, butcannot catch up with the rapid development of Dalian Port. With people's more knowledge to inner container transport, DCTL will face more and more competitions and challenges., By analyzing the outside envirenments and inside factors of DCTL, some advantages and disadvantages of DCTL have been found using SWOT analysis mathod. According these research,the developing direction and strategy of DCTL have been put forwords.At the same time, considering the current situation of Dalian port facilities and in according with the goal and strategy of DCTL, this paper also makes a preliminary programm to its key development directions.
