In order to make a study of relativity between different personalities of Chinese salespersons and their performances and find out personality characteristics of the excellences,by assorting a great number of psychological type both here and abroad as well as studying method of personality measurement,this thesis abstracts personality characteristics of excellent salesperson in terms of the thought of Enneagram. At the stage of practical research,by making use of personality test,this research obtains the data of the salesperson. Comparing the performances of salespersons,the author analyzes the sample data and simplifies the questionnaire and even rectifies the personality model. Besides,this thesis justifies the relativity between salesman personality and his performance. The research has value for reference in the field of human resource management.
