In the 21st century , the enterprises face to the more dramatically soaring ages in competitions. Who does occur the market, thus who obtains the benefits from the society.How to save the talented person, just use the good man, promote the core of the business enterprise and competition ability, promote the farsighted development of the business enterprise, is a prosperous problem that all business enterprises face. The performance evaluation is the important that the business enterprise human resource management inside with the salary management, is an one of the main- means to stir up the employee the positive, promote the business enterprise performance, increase business enterprise competition ability. This article analyzed in related results in overview investigating to manage with salary theoretical foundation the Fangda company performance evaluation to manage with salary the present condition, and designed the Fangda company performance evaluation the method to with the salary.This article is divided into totally six chapters. In the preferences and Chapter1, There is interpret research background with study the meaning in a brief introduction, and related theories and researches results. In Chapter 2 there introduced the Fangda company the evaluation to manage the present condition with the compensation, analyze the present shortages. There are provided by some reformed plans in the company. The basis of compensation management and performance management-the job analysis should be study in Fangda company. On the basis of it. It has been made introduction of career and in Chapter 4, there is researches to the index of performance evaluation and fractions that to be analyzed. Moreover, it has established the system of performance evaluation and the effective method of fractions in Fangda company . That would make the performance evaluation as more objectively as possible.In Chapter 5, the method should be designed by the performance evaluation in Fangda company. During the period of designing, performance management should be emphasized all round and so as to the core goal is connected with the company's. In Chapter 6, according to the performance evaluation of Fangda chemical co.ltd , it established the system of compensation.
