In recent years, the rapid development of macroeconomics in our country gives telecommunication enterprises a good opportunity to progress. With the foundation of supervisory policy for national enterprises leaded by Sasac(State owned assets supervision and administration commission of the state council), and the demand of capital market to listed enterprises after the list of several big telecommunication enterprises, telecommunication enterprises face a lot of new problems about the management and development, and afford pressure from many aspects. So the managers and people who work in this industry need to study the management theory and practice deeply.In this paper, using the correlation theory of management strategy and marketing for enterprises, combined with the specific condition of telecommunication enterprises, the author studies and analyses the inner and outer environment, discusses the important effects which the theory of management strategy and marketing have on telecommunication enterprises, suggests his own way of thinking on the management of enterprises and the method to design and practice the strategy and tactic in telecommunication enterprises.This paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter 1 includes the representation of the background and meaning of this study, and the research methods and contents of this paper; Chapter 2 includes introduction of the theory of management strategy and marketing; Chapter 3 includes the description of the development of telecommunication industry in our country, and analysis of the recent condition and characters, the opportunity and challenge of industry in our country; Chapter 4 includes the study of recent condition and possible strategy about some city's telecommunication industry, it is the theory's concrete application on specific area and enterprise: Chapter 5 is the closing words, with the analysis of management strategy and marketing for telecommunication enterprises, it points out the direction of further development and the focal point of studies in future.
