China Petroleum Service Enterprise Create Sustainable Competitive Advantage-Organization Learning

After China national petroleum cooperation restructured , petroleum service enterprises are separated from Bureau of Ministry of Petroleum or Petroleum Prospecting Bureau ,besides oil field development , oil gas processing and sales , petroleum service enterprises undertake petroleum professional technology services , production services , social services and so on .The article mainly analyzes how these petroleum service enterprises create sustainable competitive advantage in the competitive international market .Traditional internationalized management theory concerns about what advantages should the enterprises have to carry on the international activities , actually enterprises carrying on internationalized activities and getting competitive advantages is an interactive process , the owned advantages are not only the reason why carry on international business , they are also the rewards of enterprises'used activities .The article introduces"knowledge convening and fermenting model"which describes the internal mechanism of organization learning and knowledge innovation , it solves the enterprises,problems in international business from the origin ---"knowledge", such as overseas structure management , communication between overseas institution and headquarters , broad learning activities among the employees , how to implement the practice experiences in the whole company and so on .Applying the knowledge elements and organization learning activities explained in the model and connecting with the characteristics of petroleum service enterprises, I aim at setting up a knowledge learning mechanism for petroleum services enterprises. The article includes the problems being faced with the enterprises in the international business , employee recessive technology knowledge management , overseas organizational structure management , and its communication with the headquarter . Setting up organizational mechanism will be helpful for the enterprises to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage in the international business.On the basis of reading a lot of materials and investigating BGP , I completed the practical consultant project《Research on BGP international business management system and operation mechanism》.And through this case, I analyze how China petroleum service enterprises to set up organization mechanism and keep sustainable competitive advantage in the international business.
