Study Of Collective Learning Mechanism. Clusters Of Competitive Advantage Built

The object of this article is answer three questions as follows through theoretical and demonstrated analysis: (1)what degree does collective learning affect competitive advantage of clustered firm? (2)what is medium variable that collective learning affect competitive advantage of clustered firm? It is also about what mechanism collective learning affects competitive advantage of clustered firm? (3)which facts affect collective learning in industrial firm? On base of systemic theory analysis, there's demonstrated analysis to agree the hypothesis as a whole.There're 8 chapters in the article and the main content is as follow:(1)Chapter 1 is looking back condition and problem of industrial clusters in China and related theory, then lead to object of the article. At last, researching method, technical ways, structure and content is expatiated.(2)Chapter 2 is about integrated tale of literature. The theory about competitive advantage, industrial clusters, knowledge, organizational learning, collective learning is reviewed and the shortcoming is analysed . The theory is the base to be analysed in next step, and shortcoming is object to be conquered of the article.(3)Chapter 3 is about affection that collective learning acts on competitive advantage of clusters firm. The positive obvious affection that ways of collective learning acts on competitive advantage of clustered firm has been analysed.(4)Chapter 4 it's about demonstrating hypothesis in the last chapter. The positive obvious affection that ways of collective learning acts on competitive advantage of clustered firm has been demonstrated and the different degree of affection has been demonstrated too.(5)Chapter 5 has been analysed mechanism that collective learning acts on clustered firm. We analyse process of common firm to build dynamic capability by organizational learning, then lead to collective learning to clustered dynamic capability, then to competitive advantage about clustered firm.(6) Chapter 6 is about demonstrating hypothesis in the last chapter. Through data disposal and analysis, the hypothesis is demonstrated through statistic as a whole.(7)Chapter 7 is about factors and mechanism of collective learning. Knowledge model, clustered circumstance and absorb capacity will affect collective learning. Then, affective mechanism is analysed.(8)Chapter 8 is conclusion and prospect. The content is about main conclusion, academic contribution, practice value, shortcoming and prospect.There're some conclusion through anlysing above content as follows:(1)Competitive advantage based on knowledge is main trend of competitive advantage to clustered firm. Today, changing is faster, and effect of isolated mechanism is lower, so competitive advantage based on resource and capability will be threatened. Knowledge will be important input of product and main origin of value, and knowledge will be more important to firm. Only getting and using knowledge will clustered firm have vantage point in future competitive.(2)It's obvious and positive that collective learning acts on competitive advantage of clustered firm. Endogenetic clustered builds on networks with relation, consanguinity and region. So collective learning will be anytime and anywhere It leads to knowledge transferring with faster and lower exchange cost. Competitive advantage will be enhanced to clustered firm. Viewed from organizational learning, firm out of clustered region hasn't such benefit, also does unclustered firm in same region.(3)Clustered dynamic capability is middle conductive mechanism that collective learning acts on competitive advantage of clustered firm, clustered firm will have dynamic capability, then to improve its own competitive advantage through knowledge coming form collective learning, clustered dynamic capability is consisted of three parts: clustered creation capability of knowledge, clustered integration capability and clustered innovation capability. So, clustered dynamic capability becomes middle conductive mechanism that collective learning acts on competitive advantage of clustered firm.(4)There is different degree that kinds of collective learning acts on competitive advantage of clustered firm. Though all kinds of collective learning have positive effect on competitive advantage, the degree has difference. Through demonstration of statistic, there is process from strong to feebleness that difference kinds of collective learning acts on competitive advantage: formal exchange of the first networks, formal exchange of the second networks, informal exchange, mobility of the labour force and local spin-off.(5)The effect of collective learning is affected by nature of knowledge, external circumstance and its own absorb capability. Object of collective learning is knowledge transfer, which is acted by transfer scene in large degree. So we think, in industrial clusters, the effect of collective learning is decided by facts as follow: nature of knowledge, external circumstance and one's own absorb capacity.After analysing of mechanism of collective learning about competitive advantage of clustered firm, there're several theoretical contribution as follow:(1)Analysis ways of collective learning haved been formed to competitive advantage of clustered firm. As before, there wasn't systemic analysis about competitive advantage of clustered firm based on knowledge view. The effect that collective learning acts on competitive advantage has been analysed from five angle: formal exchange of the first networks, formal exchange of the second networks, informal exchange, mobility of the labour force and local spin-off. The research should be deepen, but it provides new way to analyse competitive advantage of clustered firm, also does it provide new view to know industrial clusters and new material for research of competitive advantage based on external network resource and network action.(2)The mechanism that collective learning acts on clustered firm has been researched. Base on view of capability and knowledge, we analyse theory about industrial clusters, organizational learning and knowledge, then provide structure of logical analysis about collective learning- clustered dynamic capability- competitive advantage of clustered firm. We think form of competitive advantage by collective learning is conduction by clustered dynamic capability. It's also to say clustered dynamic capability plays medium and key effect in mechanism.(3)Forming concept of clustered dynamic capability and summing up facts,and affect that clustered circumstance to clustered dynamic capability. Industrial clustered is usually looked as resource system in theory circuit. We look clustered dynamic capability as capability system. Such capability is clustered dynamic capability. clustered dynamic capability is consisted of three parts: clustered creation capability of knowledge, clustered integration capability and clustered innovation capability. clustered dynamic capability means new thought and view to industrial clusters, even external networks. It provides base to deeper research, although it's basic analysis.(4)It's organic integration to theory of competitive advantage about resource, capability and knowledge. Such kinds of theory represent different periods of competitive advantage. They relate each other, but indepent also. Industrial clusters means resource as midorganization between market and firm, but industrial clusters provide network and platform which means benefit, lower exchange cost and chance to collective learning. It will lead to overflow of knowledge, especially tactic knowledge which is difficult to describe and express by words. If clustered firm gets such knowledge, its dynamic capability will be improved and competitive advantage will be upgrated.(5)Having systemic analysis about facts and mechanism of collective learning. There're follow facts that affect collective learning: nature of knowledge transfer, clustered circumstance and absorb capacity. clustered circumstance includes social capital, network relation and place. Then the mechanism of facts that act on collective learning has been analysed too.It's complicated about the collective learning mechanism of competitive advantage to clustered firm.
