During the period background of the knowledge economy and people oriented management, the society transformation in china from traditional society to the modern society, reform and opening and in the modernization drive is as a token of which, arouses the requirement of people for justification. And at the same time our lives have been improved greatly, there indeed are some unstable factors in the society, unfair distribution of income is among of these factors. Distributional equity is one of the objectives that modern ideal payment system, modern human resource management need to rationally use the equity and other economic and management theories, the most aspect to plan a scientific payment system to realize the justification perceive of people.Payment system ranges over many topics, This dissertation is focused on the job evaluation. On the basis of the literature summaries of job evaluation home and abroad in the second part, the third part is the analysis of the principles for job value factors selection and the advantages and disadvantages of the most widely used method for job value factor(Hay's) until now The fourth part is the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy overall evaluation principle and advantages analysis of these two methods. At last, the above two part are applied to the enterprise related to the HR program to perform job value factors selection ,weight plan and result fuzzy handling, finally accurate and practical result is figured out. The dissertation is expected to be the reference for payment reform in the enterprise remanufacture process during the background of society transformation in China.
