Research On The Simulation Model Of Project Organization Design

Organizational design of the project in the field of project management has not been given the attention they deserve. So has the problem of the particular organization of project in the field of organizational design. Based on this issue, by a great deal of literature searching, the method of using computer simulation while designing project organization is determined as the general solution. Then, several well validated theories are listed and analyzed in the interdisciplinary field of Computational Organization Theory, in order that feasibility analysis on computer simulation in project organization design is implemented. The model of Project Organization Design Simulation is set up, and the model is divided into five relatively independent and as well closely integrated parts. The model put traditional presentation of organizational theory into operation of the computer by characterization of project as an information processing system. Finally, the optimization process of a software development project team is given to show the validity of the model.
