This article bases on the Michael.porter's General Competition Strategy theory. Unifying the present situation of Gansu Mobile Communication Co. has done the thorough research on its voice service's competition strategy.Firstly, has made an analysis of the exterior macroscopic environment of the voice service in Gansu Mobile Co. and considered that the macro and the local economy continue to grow fast, the telecommunication technology development changes with each day and walks into a new development era, Gansu Mobile voice service not only has the great opportunity but also has huge investment risk in facing of the outside environment. Secondly, this article has conducted the research and the analysis of the internal resources condition and core ability of Gansu mobil voice service, and obtained its relative superiority mainly performance on the world first network scale and the customer scale, the enterprise brand; The better service quality control, the abundant fund and the capital strength, the stronger development and provides ability of corresponding service product, and so on; Its core ability main performance on the network construction and the superiority of customer scale, the brand management capacity, the development and provide ability of correspondence serves product as well as the aspects of human resources management capacity and so on. The inferiority lies in the unfair and unstable of personnel, operational policy which caused by separation management, the difference of internal salary which dampened staff's enthusiasm disparately, the weakness of innate technical research and development ability, the few of innate marketing channel, the insufficiency to the future 3G application preparation and so on. Besides the possible choosing competition strategy of the voice service for Gansu Mobile Communication Co and we use the appraisal analysis way of connecting the qualitative and the quantitative to find out the future competition strategy we should choose is the difference strategy for the voice service in Gansu Mobile Co. Finally, for guaranteeing the effective implementation of the strategic plan, proposed concrete proposalsabout increasing the ability of developing and supplying products of communicating service, enhancing the business management level,enhancing the construction and development of the marketing channe and so on.
