| Zhongguancun Science Park is the experimental unit of the Stock Quoteprice project at present, its experiment and implement will be a good beginning of the stock transfer for companies unquoted on stock changes.Firstly, the history of the Stock Transfer Agent System was being discussed, this thesis mainly described about the origin of Stock Transfer Agent System, its status right now and the aims in the future, and analyzed the advantages of the implement of the Stock Quoteprice project via Stock Transfer Agent System.
