A Study On Strategy Of Binhai-Zhongguancun Science Park

With China’s achievements in the high-tech field showing considerable progress,with the transformation and upgrading of local small and medium-sized enterprises,and the rapid expansion of native high-tech enterprises,various local science and technology parks have emerged one after another.Science and technology territories have proceed orderly become an vital platform carrier of local science and technical innovation and the development power of local economy and society,High tech parks play an important driving role in local economic and community development.Therefore,relying on the existing internal and external environment,formulating the strategy of a science and technology park to strengthen industry university research cooperation,based on collaborative development,promote the aggregation of scientific and innovative elements,and enhance the interaction between industries,so as to drive the economic development in the park and improve the quantity,quality and vitality of scientific and technological innovation enterprises is the main problem to be studied in this paper.By searching the development history and literature of science parks at home and abroad,the author makes an in-depth study and summarizes the development pattern and advanced experience of science parks at home and abroad,and combines the growth pole theory with the three-way participation theory Industrial cluster theory and other relevant theories,clear research significance and method route,analysis of the development status and internal and external environment of Binhai-Zhongguancun Science Park,excavate the existing problems of the park,through the park management personnel enterprise personnel Expert consultation,etc.Get the SWOT factors,so as to establish the AHP-SWOT model architecture,hierarchical analysis model is established,through the importance of every index of the questionnaire results,calculate the weight of each index,and turn it into a coordinate system,get the strategic quadrilateral,strategic position to pass judgement should be pioneering,park development in the future,should be real To promote the coordination and interaction of regional industries,seize the opportunity of regional transformation and upgrading,explore the development of characteristic parks,so as to seize the opportunity of regional industrial upgrading,optimize the supporting capacity and talent attraction of the park,create internal and external linkage mechanism,and realize the high-quality development of Binhai-Zhongguancun Science Park.This study with Binhai-Zhongguancun Science Park as an example,through constructing the AHP-SWOT model suitable for the development of science and technology park strategic planning,draw a reasonable suggestion after analysis of the quantitative indicators,the Binhai-Zhongguancun Science Park for the future development to provide the data reference and direction,and similar to other science and technology park of strategic decision-making and play a certain reference and draw lessons from the meaning of optimization.
