The Research Of Inventory Management Improvement Approach Of T Company

This thesis presents a study or analysis of inventory management of T Company in medical device industry. The rapid development of medical device and healthcare industry in China in recent years has leaded the high competition between the companies and it requires every company to improve its operations management. Local company needs to improve its competition strength through study of more advanced company from international market. This thesis may provide some useful information for local company regarding to the inventory management concept.This thesis contains four parts. It begins with the introduction of the development of healthcare industry across the world and especially in China. And then it discusses the famous theories of inventory management and its relationship to corporate finance management. After that a thorough introduction is provided to include current process of inventory management of T Company Asia region and the KPI management in this area. Although the concepts and process in T company is more complete compared to local companies, the shortcomings is pointed out for further improvement and the recommendation is given based on current situation.
