Study On The Establishment Of The Green Supply And Selection Of Supppliers Of Chinese Electronic Information Firms

At present, "green" has become a global issue. Countries around the world formulate environmental more and more stringent regulations for firms, particularly more stringent requirements for the electronic and information firms with more serious pollution. Thus, China's electronic and information firms' green supply chain management will be inevitable. However, given that the size of China's electronic and information firms are generally too small and the cooperation awareness are poor, it must first strengthen their choices of suppliers before promoting green firms construction effectively.First, the paper reviews overall the supply chain management, suppliers selection and the basic theories and researches on green supply chain management. On the basis of these, it introduces SCOR model and presents the green supply chain process and the basic design elements based on SCOR.Secondly, under the guidance of green supply chain management, the paper sorts out the evaluation index system for domestic and foreign suppliers of effectively, combining with the main reference of suppliers selection of China's electronic and information firms, establishes a relatively complete set of green supplier evaluation index system. It uses method of Delphi combining with AHP determining indicator on the weights.Finally, the paper establishes basic process of green suppliers evaluation and chooses of China's electronic and information firms. On the basis of fully investigating and analyzing enterprise R, the paper carries on an empirical research on the suppliers selection using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.
