Research On The Development Of Coal Machinery Corporate Cluster Based On Tech-innovation Stratagem

With more and more severe economic competition in the whole world, confederates are needed by the enterprises to break the bottleneck of technology and the limit of scale. Competitive advantages of corporate cluster has showed in many theoretical investigation and empirical analyses. So many researchers and enterprisers focus on that how to find a new developing way for some potential industries and enterprises.This paper chooses corporate cluster model based on tech-innovation stratagem for study, corporate cluster is a complex system which is influenced by lots of factors. Based on corporate cluster theory and the background of taking tech-innovation as developing drive power, this paper tries to research the developing drive power and advantage of enterprises entering into corporate cluster. For coal machinery enterprise, this paper want to find a growth model to obtain competitive advantage.This paper begins with theory research, and then summarizes the tech-innovation theory, the developing instance of cluster economy theory both here and abroad, the correlation theory and issue of tech-innovation and firm size. Base on the concept using by Michael. Porter, a definition that reflected the need of tech-innovation in cluster members was made, that is corporate cluster developing model basing on tech-innovation stratagem. And then by analyzing the actuality of coal machinery enterprise in our country, the author finds drive factor of coal machinery enterprise to form corporate cluster. Meanwhile there are two main developing model of coal machinery enterprise: enterprise group and strategic alliance. Combined actuality of coal machinery enterprise, the author compares and analyses the three and summarizes the comparative advantage of corporate cluster. As for coal machinery enterprise, it is a theoretic construction to design a cluster developing road. This paper uses the cluster case of other industry and region for reference and designs developing model, rule of construction, advise of developing for coal machinery enterprise. On the purpose of material designed object, this paper chooses zhengzhou coal machinery corporation to be the research object and put forward developing construction and advises for it. At last, it is hoped that this paper can be useful for coal machinery enterprise and industry in our country. And the developing model of coal machinery corporate cluster based on tech-innovation is needed a further research in practice henceforth.
