Some enterprises are benefited a lot from the extensive use of Collaborative Commerce System (CC System), while there are also other enterprises who suffered the failure of CC system project. The reason of their failure falls on the wrong timing decision of the CC system introduction. With qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this thesis focuses on the timing decision of introducing CC system.This thesis begins with the documentary summary and makes a comprehensive review of the concept, contents and characteristics of collaborative commerce, CC system and the functions of its main modules. The research condition of the timing decision is also discussed. Then, the thesis points out the limitations in the present researches and educes the emphases of this thesis. The third and the fourth parts are cores of the thesis. In the qualitative view, Chapter three puts forward three kinds of factors of influencing timing decision in introducing CC system. And this chapter analyzes the relationship between three kinds of factors and timing decision and sets up the optimal timetable of introducing CC system. Chapter four uses Real Option and Fuzzy Mathematics methods for analyzing the optimal time. And, through the analysis of two cases, the part is further demonstrated. The last section, Chapter five, is the conclusion, concluding the results of this thesis and bringing forward some research expectations.The thesis sums up the optimal time of introducing CC system. The thesis can provide comparatively complete reference for such enterprises that will plan to introduce CC system and for such academic researchers who will like to further research the timing decision in introducing CC system.
