Developing Strategy Research Of Cangzhou Power Supply Company

The current world is a changing world, so is China. The coming deregulation is doom to make a strong impact to power industry. To every power supply company, it is a big problem how to survive and expand in this fast changing situation.Corporate strategy is a long-term plan designed by a company which seeks for surviving and sustainable development in a drastic changing situation over the long run.On base of analysis the internal and external circumstances of Cangzhou Power Supply Company, the strategy plan and management improvement of power industry are studied in this article.Firstly, the external circumstance is researched, mainly used PEST (Political, Economic, Society, Technology) analysis, power industry circumatance analysis, up and down industry analysis and so on.Secondly, the internal operating circumstance is analysis in chapter three, such as company operating and internal management mechanism. In chapter four, company development goal and strategy mode selections are set out, industry plan; company management improvements are the core parts in this article. In the chapter five, strategy input, implement and control are introduced.
