Research Of TPCO In Material Purchasing

In the past, research and recognition to purchasing management was, in common, relatively insufficiently in Chinese corporation. Entering into the 21st century, with the rapid development of economy, more severe global competition and shortage of resource, corporation thought purchasing management as a key style of decreasing cost and improving competitiveness to research and regard. Now, based on concept of trust, coordination and win-win or building strategic partner relationship with long term steady resource channel, more companies have to some extent recognition and practice to purchasing of supply chain alliance.This thesis starts with analysis of purchasing function, and then proves consistency between modern purchasing management and theory of supply chain by virtue of analysis to development of supply chain model and characteristic of every stage in purchasing relationship. From above, it discusses that purchasing of supply chain alliance is obviously prior to traditional purchasing, moreover researching the key factor to implement purchasing of supply alliance.It probes into corporation model implementing supply chain alliance purchasing to mass resource by virtue of contrast analysis between traditional and alliance purchasing in TPCO. Finally I make some suggestions to implement supply chain alliance in the future.
