Nowadays, knowledge economy is developing so fast, and Talents have been the most essential to the source of fortune, the competition between enterprises is actually that of talents. Economic globalization speeds the talents flow, especially, with the massive emergence of the foreign enterprises in china, which results in the phenomenon that domestic organizations fail to keep them. In order to survive and develop, the company has to shift their attention to the key point --how to attract and keep their talents. Only the one that is able to succeed in the competition for talents can obtain the priority in the future development.Any enterprise can not keep all their talents, and the normal talents flow contributes to the maximum benefits in distributing human resources. While domestic enterprises, for some reason, are trapped in the unreasonable talents flow. Therefore, brain drain occurs, and the organizations suffer a lot. The article is based on the right problem with the macro analysis, and attempts to get an effective approach to cop with the problem to help the enterprises to achieve their desired goals in the competition for talents.The article is expected to illustrate the negative influences caused by talents lost, in order to find the original cause that leads to the phenomenon, and as last to find a management method to deal with the problem. It attempts to explore the advance warning management method and put forward a view-dealing with the talents like dealing with a river. This article is to solve the problem of the talent lost in JCC and to set a theoretical basis for it. The cause is presented from the macro and micro angle including enterprises and individuals. Its contemporary condition of human resources and problems are analyzed, based on a scientific survey with the consideration of the reality of the company. A conclusion is ultimately drawn that the cause for talents lost lies: salary, profession career, training, pressure, social relationship, and so on. Among them, salary,profession career, and pressure are the major ones. Based on the study, a solution to these problems is put forward, which is far more effective and helpful for the formation and practice of the future talents strategy.
