Study On Development Strategy Of The Manufacturing Industry Base In Jiaodong Peninsula By An Opportunity Of Industrial Shift In Japan And South Korea

Since the new century, has slowed down along with the world economic growth rate, the developed country all is carrying on the new round of industrial structure adjustment. At present, Japanese and the South Korean economy is also experiencing the large-scale structure adjustment and the industrial shift. Had the giant market, rich and the inexpensive human resources and good infrastructure China already became the first choice of Japanese and the South Korean shift industry. All sorts of signs indicated that, in 21st century China will undertake the task of the world manufacturing industry base and become the global new manufacturing industry center.The Jiaodong peninsula has the more perfect manufacturing industry system and the foundation, holds the more and more important status in the Ring Bohai Sea and in the Northeast Asia economic cycle, has become north one of economic pole in our country that has high degree of opening, strong development vigor , powerful core competitive ability. The Jiaodong peninsula is facing the rarest development opportunity in her history. How does the Jiaodong peninsula manufacturing industry base grasp an opportunity , undertake Japanese and the South Korean's industry shift, participates positively in the international industrial division of labor under the big background of economical globalization, promotes the level of manufacturing industry and the level of industrial structure, construct the high level domestic even world manufacturing industry base, that is realistic question which is worth making consideration.The thesis first introduced the industrial shift theory, the manufacturing industry base theory and the industry cluster theory and the related research situation, then described and analyzed the present situation of Jiaodong peninsula manufacturing industry base and the respective industry development condition in Jiaodong peninsula three city. In this foundation, applying theory to reality, the strength ,weakness and opportunity in undertaking Japanese and the South Korean industry shift for Jiaodong peninsula is analyzed systematically. Finally, the thesis proposed the strategic measure for Jiaodong peninsula in constructing the manufacturing industry base.
