With the intense of the economic and information globalization market, Product Life Cycle is shorter, the requirement of product quality and delivery period for customer is higher, the expectation of product and service is higher. Management pattern and the manufacturing method of production in the enterprise of our country need a new direction to develop. The competition of enterprises has become the competition of supplies chain.Inventory management is an important part on the supply chain management, which is the key both to exert collaboration and to perform the integrated management. The quantity of the inventory influences not only the individual's cost, but also the whole chain's performance. Therefore, further studies on the collaborative strategies have theoretical and realistic significance.
