Research On The Model Of The Project Management In The Strategy Of Overall Cost Leadership

"In the contemporary society, all are projects, all also will become projects."Practice have indicated that project and project management have become the keys to the social progress and the development of organization, and they brings benefits the far larger than the conventional management does. Project management is a beneficial weapon which faces the change or the challenge, and it pushes the social progress and the organizational development.Application development of international advanced project management has developed from the basic management idea of traditional"management project"to the intermediate management concept of"performing management through projects", accordingly the senior management idea of"management by projects", this process has manifested that the idea of the management project unceasingly extends.This article carries on the development on the foundation of studying traditional project management and the enterprise project management, and proposes the enterprise project management based on strategy. This study identifies the crucial value chain of enterprise and performs project management through inducting the value chain analysis method from the strategic demand of resource and capacity. Then this study discusses how to decide the chains and some concrete models of project management in the example of the Overall Cost Leadership Strategy. Finally this study indicates the enterprise should manage by using the model of project management from the angle of strategy and defines extensive project management in the conclusion.
