Analysing The Reform Of Stated-Owned Enterprises According To The Theory Of Socilistic Essence

The reform of the stated-owned enterprises (SOEs) has stepped into the key stages in China. One significant aspect of the profound reform is the reform in SOEs'property rights institution, which is the key to determine whether the SOEs'reform will success or not. Only sticking to the property rights theories in Marxism, people can revitalize the SOEs', exert SOEs'superiorities and strengthen the base of socialistic economy.Firstly, on the base of the property rights theories in western economics and Marxism, this paper points out the great value of the property rights and the essentials of the reform of property rights institution in SOEs. Secondly, combing the process of the reform of traditional property rights institution in Chinese SOEs, especially all kinds of abnormal phenomena, this paper emphasizes the importance of scientific and guiding theory. Lastly, in the light of the theory of socialist essence, this paper draws the outline of the target, basical principles and developing tendency in the reform of property rights institution in Chinese SOEs. And this paper tries to bring forward some constructing advices and suggestions to this troubling reform in the terms of guiding theory.
