The Analyze Of The Recycling Economy Effect Of Solid Waste Based On Resource Division

There is a serious conflict between developing economy and protecting resource environment. We had got enormous hylic riches, but we had paid too much for the environment. As for solid wastes, it brings about a serious pollution, whether in production or consumption area, when the industrialization goes on. It destroys people's living surroundings and blocks municipal and social development.In 1960s, Kenneth Boulding, American economist, the first time refered to the words"Recycling Economy"when he talked about ecological economy. Recycling economy which core is resource reusing and recycling is the choice of facing resource shortage and environment destruction and is accepted by every country in the world gradually. If we want to actualize resource reusing and recycling, we need economic, social and jural support. This paper begins from three classical division theory as Adam Smith, Marshall and Yang Xiaokai, then has a comment and analysis with them. It has a progress in three theories one by one and the core of progress is labor. Whether the labor is the only core for division? Aiming at the resource shortage, writer accepts the thought of resource division which is referred by Jiang Guogang. It considers resource division is better than other division form. In fact, resource division has changed direction of division, breaking away from labor division directly to resource division. But it has nothing else between labor division and resource division.The paper describes the core of recycling economy is resource reusing and recycling. It builds up endogenous economic growth model of solid waste resource reusing and recycling. There is an analysis on effect of waste reusing by analyzing frame of Di Vita. The paper choosing solid wastes as researching object, has a contrast on the reusing and recycling of them in and out of China using data and graph. In empirical analysis section, it validates whether reusing and recycling waste resource can lighten resource shortage in quantitative. Following that it analyzes the pressure of reusing and recycling solid wastes in Environmental Kunznets Curve. According to the result, we have a conclusion of developing recycling economy is urgent.Finally resource protection through law and management system to speed up reusing and recycling of waste resource is brought out and a set of suggestions which are suitable for China are proposed.
